2. Enrollment & Payments

• All course enrollments are confirmed only after full or partial payment as per course policy.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway.
• Students must provide accurate personal details during enrollment.

3. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Students are requested to read them carefully before making payments.

4. Course Delivery

• Online Courses: Access is provided via email/SMS and our LMS platform within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Offline Courses: Batch timings, schedules, and classroom details will be shared by our team after registration.
• Study materials (digital or printed) will be provided as per the specific course structure.

5. Student Responsibilities

• Students must maintain discipline during offline classes.
• Login credentials for online courses are non-transferable and must not be shared.
• Assignments, projects, and practical tasks must be completed by the student themselves.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, presentations, and content provided by Step2Skill are protected under copyright. Students are not allowed to copy, distribute, or resell content without written permission from Step2Skill.

7. Code of Conduct

• Any misuse of course materials or disruptive behavior in classes may lead to termination of enrollment without refund.
• Students must comply with institute rules and instructor guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

Step2Skill shall not be liable for indirect damages, such as personal device failures, internet issues, or third-party service disruptions. Our responsibility is limited to providing access to enrolled courses as per the policy.
