Shipping & Delivery Policy

Introduction

At Step2Skill, we provide both online learning programs and offline classroom training. This policy explains how learners receive access to courses, whether through digital delivery or offline arrangements.

1. Online / Digital Courses

• After successful payment via Razorpay, course access details (login ID, password, or activation link) are sent to your registered email/SMS within 24 hours.
• Study materials in digital format (PDFs, presentations, notes) are provided via our LMS or email.
• If you do not receive course access within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

2. Offline / Classroom Courses

• For offline classes, schedules and batch details will be shared with you after successful registration.
• If physical study materials, ID cards, or course kits are included, they will be provided at our training center during class commencement.
• No shipping charges are applicable, as all physical materials are distributed directly at the institute premises.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Digital course access: usually within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Offline classes: batch schedules will be communicated at least 2–3 days before the start date.
• Physical materials (if applicable): handed over on the first day of class or as per course requirements.

4. Delays

In rare cases, due to technical issues, faculty availability, or administrative delays, delivery timelines may extend slightly. Our team will inform you promptly and ensure timely resolution.
