At Step2Skill, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction for our learners. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided for course enrollments and payments made via Razorpay.
All refunds for online payments are processed through the Razorpay Payment Gateway. Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking). The processing time may vary from 7 to 10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
If Step2Skill cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances (faculty unavailability, insufficient enrollments, or technical issues), students will be eligible for a full refund or may choose to transfer to another course of equivalent value.
