Cancellation Policy

Introduction

At Step2Skill, we value every learner’s journey. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may require cancellation of enrollment. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for course cancellations and related payments.

1. Course Cancellation by Student

• Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@step2skill.com.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing course material may be eligible for a refund (as per our Refund Policy).
• Cancellations after accessing course material or attending classes will not be eligible for refunds.
• In case of installment-based fees, cancellation of future payments must be informed at least 7 days in advance.

2. Course Cancellation by Step2Skill

• If a course is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (faculty unavailability, insufficient enrollments, or technical issues), students will be notified promptly.
• In such cases, students may choose to:
  • Transfer to another course of equal value.
  • Request a full refund of the fees paid.

3. Payment Gateway (Razorpay) Cancellations

All online transactions are processed via Razorpay Payment Gateway. In the event of cancellation, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of enrollment. Processing times may vary depending on bank/UPI/card provider policies.

4. Non-Transferability

Course enrollments and payments made are non-transferable. A cancellation by one student cannot be transferred to another individual.
