At Step2Skill, we value every learner’s journey. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may require cancellation of enrollment. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for course cancellations and related payments.
All online transactions are processed via Razorpay Payment Gateway. In the event of cancellation, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of enrollment. Processing times may vary depending on bank/UPI/card provider policies.
Course enrollments and payments made are non-transferable. A cancellation by one student cannot be transferred to another individual.
